Good evening everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful week. I know the staff of this years VBS is having a terrific week. We began the week with 51 kids and tonight we had 49. Pastor Howard has challenged the kids that if they can get 100 kids there one night, he will jump off the high dive at the next swim party in his suit and tie. The stories have been fun so far too. The first night we talked about Creation and tonight we discussed the challenge between Elijah and King Ahab. I am so excited that Elijah and God beat out King Ahab and Baal. I am also glad that I didn’t really have to set the alter that Bekki Smith and I made on fire.
